Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to find accommodation in Blackpool that permits smoking! Under the recent changes in law, smoking has been banned in enclosed public spaces but hotels, B&B's and Guest Houses are allowed to designate rooms as smoking or non smoking. This enables them to comply with the new legislation and still allow smoking in bedrooms.
